When to Consider Hospice Care
Patients and families turn to hospice when a patient receives a life-limiting diagnosis of six months or less, curative medical treatment is discontinued, and the patient is able to remain at home. Through an individualized care plan, our multidisciplinary team of hospice–experienced nurses, social workers, home health care aides, bereavement and spiritual counselors, therapists, and specially trained volunteers offers the highest level of compassion, dignity and quality of care. Our focus, always, is on you and your family’s special needs and wishes.
